Sales Development Representative

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented hunter for new lead development and qualification for the US market.

This role involves researching companies and contacts, driving inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending it to our sales executives.

You will be responsible for growing the lead pipeline, managing multiple prospects and conducting discovery conversations with our potential clients.


What will you do?

 Create new opportunities with prospective clients and interact with them through emails, direct phone calls

  • Meeting and exceeding your weekly quota of qualified demo calls and sales meetings generation.
  • Manage, Nurture and Grow a pipeline of interested prospects (including responding to all inbound leads).
  • Weekly review of leads developed, new leads added and any field sales intelligence; keep records and generate reports on all phases of activities.
  • Understand the business needs of our prospects and clearly articulate Reposify’s value proposition to them.
  • Always be up-to-date on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of sales training and self-study
  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers



  • You are naturally a people person, and enjoy speaking to new clients
  • Native English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - a must
  • Dynamic, high energy sales professional with 2+ years of sales development or inside sales, ideally from a security product company
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quotas
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Apps and others
  • Self-motivated and independent with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Positive and energetic, with good listening skills
  • Technically adept and experienced with common SDR productivity tools

Position location is Tel Aviv, Israel near Hashalom train station and reports to VP Sales.
